Exploring Cebu Dining

My recent Cebu trip last March will not be complete without trying the best food spot in town as well as digging onto their local delicasies.

We stayed at the Cebu Parklane Hotel. Warm, cozy, clean and very accessible to all places you wanna go around the city.

Very excited to try their breakfast buffet before leaving for Bohol that day. Filled me up for a long day of walking.

I was curious about the food they offer since a few friends of mine said that they serve good food in a very affordable price. To my surprise, it really is. Where can you find baby back ribs at around 250 php? Only in Case Verde

Their famous Brian's Ribs (baby back ribs)

Karlamari (humongous Calamari)

One of the best Mexican inspired restaurant in the city, they also serve Filipino dishes.

Few blocks away from the Lapu-Lapu shrine. Sutukil serves seafood of many kind. Kilawin, grilled, adobo, sizzling name it, they can do it. A bit pricey, almost like dampa in Manila. Eat the freshest produce overlooking the sea

If you love adventure then this is the place for you. Feels like you are on Fear Factor. Eating grilled pig or chicken intestine over Puso (hanging rice) using your hands.

This is the best Cebu Lechon ever! (well the only Cebu lechon I tasted)
