Chef Lau's Pugon Roaster

I saw a post from a good on Instagram about a new restaurant in Ayala Triangle. That mouth watering baked macaroni caught my attention. I decided to try their food few days after. Filipino fusion in a more affordable way, the pork belly I ordered was kinda tough though. Adobo style atay balunan was something different too.. Of course a meal will not be complete without dessert, choco tablea pie to end the day
