Charaptor

Be ready for some carcinogen overload. Charaptor offers a buffet of grill all you can barbequed chicken, pork, beef, fish, shrimps, squid and fresh vegetables. My expectations were actually set that it is a smoky place but it wasn't that bad at all. I would say that it is one of it's kind in Manila. Though it looks like a pinoy version of shabu-shabu the experience was nice. I would advise that you come as early as possible like around 5PM as it easily gets jam packed. Also if possible stay at the 1st level.

Romulo Cafe

I have been intimidated by this restaurant for quite some time already. The view from the outside looks like it's so fancy that only a special occasion can only make me go there and I did. I was a bit surprised that the price is reasonable. The black and white concept compliments the good lighting. The staff were.. hmmm just right. Not everyone were attentive to your needs but all in all they were accommodating and the food, yes the food.. I would say, I expected too much. Smoked Milkfish Pate is a must try.

Alba Restaurante Español

Self described as the home of traditional Spanish cooking. Alba Restaurante Español will satisfy your palate for a meal not really far from Filipino dishes. Their Callos, Lengua Estofado and the Seafood Paella was superb! Oh my.. and the baby roasted suckling pig ( Lechon de Leche) really melts in your mouth.

YOBOB Cebu Lechon

Owned by Pinoy Big Brother's Paul Jake Castillo. Yobob Lechon De Cebu by far is one of the best lechon I have tasted. We had to try it as suggested by my best friend. The long travel from Makati to Tomas Morato was all worth it.
