Seaside Dampa

I have been to dampa multiple times already and it never failed to satisfy my craving for seafood. Wide array of fresh produce from lobsters to shell fish. Have them cooked in different ways you like.

Ilo-ilo Food Trip

As always, a trip will not be as memorable as it should be without trying local delicacies. While I was discovering my roots, hopping from one town to another, we visited the best restaurants in town.

Made out of Rice, grated young coconut, ground corn kernels or ground pinipig (young rice). Baye-Baye is a native Ilonggo delicacy. Can be bought on stalls along the side road going to the airport. This is my fave
